Math Club is for students in grades 6-8. We meet the first Thursday of each month. This year we are focusing on geometry and students are using their skills to design and build a miniature city. We focus on one concept (lines, perimeter and area, surface area, volume, etc.) at each meeting and the students work on that part of the project at home over the course of the month. In May, the final cities will be on display for the students and staff to vote for their favorite. The winning city and designer will be pictured on the school website!
