Confessions are heard from 2:30pm-3:45pm on Saturday before the vigil Mass or by appointment with a priest by calling the parish office (216-252-2332).
St. John Paul the Great encourages us to embrace this Sacrament of Healing and Hope – “Confession is an act of honesty and courage – an act of entrusting ourselves, beyond sin, to the mercy of a loving and forgiving God”. Examination of Conscious pamphlets will be available in the back of the church to help prepare the heart for the encounter with Divine Mercy.
“Jesus said to them again, ‘Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I send you.’ And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained’” (John 20:21-23).
